Toting 15 years of experience in wine, Dan Pilkey serves as the in-house expert at a number of world-class establishments in Chicago, giving him the chops to tell us what’s up when it comes to wine.

Host of "5 to Wine Time" & "Get Somm" on YouTube, Danielle is equal parts sipper and chef. Danielle earned certificates from Court of Master Sommeliers & Kendal College Wine Professional Program, so she has a knack for approachable food and wine pairings.

Exposed to great wine at an early age, Adam’s love for the vineyard was cemented during high school after working for a local Italian Deli. With Calvert Woodley Fine Wines in D.C. once his regular stomping ground, he knows a thing or two about good taste.

For Greg, it took one mere suggestion from his now-wife to replace his default beer order with a glass of wine. Since then, he has devoted the last 13 years to recreating the "first sip feeling" for others through education and hospitality.

Hailing from Chicago's Southside, Dexter plunged right into the world of food & wine after graduation, holding an introductory pin from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Never far from wine, he continues his education in wine & spirits with the WSET course.
