Often the most recognized viticultural area in the United States, the Napa Valley has been producing wine since the mid-19th century in California. Framed by the Mayacamas to the west and the Vaca Mountains to the east, the valley houses 17 individual AVAs that run the gamut of grapes making a paradise for wine lovers.
