When you hear Trovato in Italian, there's usually a ! in it because it means, 'found it!' This perfectly describes the joy we felt when we discovered this delightful blend of Carignano, Cannonau, and a touch of Charbono.

We've worked with these old vines for nearly a decade, always appreciative of each variety's separate nuances, yet sensing greater potential together. It took patience but Trovato is exactly what we had hoped for: a notable delicious, food-friendly wine that is a new and distinct experience unto itself. Found it!

The first wines held their own with the best Italy has to offer, which led us to plant an ever-wider range of Italian varietals. And then we waited some more. Along the way we embraced Biodynamic® practices, and waited.
