With all the nooks and crannies held together by Calera, 151, and 828 clones, the Pinot shows us rich black fruits like blackberries, mission fig, and licorice. A softer red fruit side of chocolate-covered cherry’s rounds out the wine profile along with a healthy 15 months in new French oak. It is delicious young – trust me – and certainly will be a perfect pairing with glazed pork loin or marinated short ribs…a Cabernet drinkers Pinot!   287 cases.
